Terms of Service

1. You must be 18+

Hookup Emporium is strictly for adults. You confirm you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We use age-gating and may require ID/photo verification. Accounts believed to belong to minors are removed and reported.

2. Acceptable use

No illegal activity, no commercial sex work or solicitation, no trafficking, no content involving minors, no non-consensual content, no harassment, no impersonation, no sharing of others' private information. Host profiles are limited to four photos, all of which must be of you and must pass moderation.

3. Content & conduct

You are responsible for what you post and send. We use automated NSFW/CSAM detection plus human review, and we remove content and accounts that break the Community Guidelines.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Consumable purchases (Boosts, Sparks) are non-refundable once used.

5. Safety & liability

We provide tools (verification, reporting, blocking) but do not conduct criminal background checks. Meet in public, tell a friend, trust your instincts. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

You can delete your account anytime (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
