Privacy Policy

How we handle your data (GDPR & CCPA aligned). This is a product summary, not a substitute for legal review.

What we collect

Account info (email, date of birth), profile content (name, bio, up to four photos), approximate location, usage/telemetry, and messages. Verification selfies are processed for matching and then deleted or stored encrypted per retention policy.

Location privacy

We never show your exact location. Coordinates are fuzzed and only a coarse distance (e.g. "3 km away") is exposed to others.

Your rights

You can export your data (Settings → Download my data) and delete your account and associated data (Settings → Delete account) at any time. EU/UK users have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); California users have CCPA rights (know, delete, opt-out of "sale" — we don't sell your data).

Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the service (hosting, payments via Stripe, moderation, analytics) under contract, and with authorities where legally required — in particular we report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC.
